It’s my blog’s first birthday today! I’m the proud mama of a one year old. 😛

I would have never in a million years guessed how popular that post would be!  The majority of the views of this post is from google search hits. I find it interesting that my top posts aren’t necessary the ones that have the most comments – it seems that random people are stumbling on my blog from search results.

1. What is your go-to fall color?
Grey. I just LOVE all shades of grey. I will wear head to toe grey – charcoal pants with a dove coloured top!  I don’t have grey shoes – what’s up with that.

1. Do you remember your first makeup item?
It was a frosty pink sticky lip gloss from Avon. It was terrible but so awesome at the same time! I wasn’t allowed to wear a stitch of makeup until I was in high school (around 14) and even then, it was only lip gloss.

Blush or Bronzer: Blush, I just love blush and apply it 99% of the time, whereas I wear bronzer maybe once a month.
Lipgloss or Lipstick: More lipstick nowadays but still more of a balm gal
Eyeliner or Mascara: Mascara, I can survive without liner
Foundation or Concealer: Concealer is just a more concentrated form of foundation so I can use concealer to cover just the areas that need it
Neutral or Colour Eyeshadow: Give me neutral or give me death!
Pressed or Loose eye shadows: Pressed, nobody’s got time for loose
Brushes or Sponges: Brushes although sponges are good for patting on colour for a more intense application

I’ve seen this Tag done a few times (Megan has OCD, fivezero, and chubbychicsdiary, to name a few) and I guess I’m a glutton for punishment because I decided to answer 100 random and frankly, kind of intrusive questions!  The title says no one ever asks these questions, but it seems to me that is no longer true! 😉

I know that not everyone will read this whole post so I’m going to ask this one small favour – can you still “like” this post? I need the encouragement. 😆 (and this is the only time I’m going to encourage people to like and not read a post!)

1. Do you sleep with your closet doors open or closed?
Closed.  Have you seen Monsters Inc.?

2. Do you take the shampoos and conditioner bottles from hotel?
Uh yeah. That’s what they’re there for – taking.

The Sweater Weather Tag

I’ve seen this Tag on numerous blogs including: Hello Kaily, Polished by Amy,  rylie*style, chicandpolished, but to name a few!  I love Autumn and I intended to do this Tag at least a week ago, but here’s the thing about the changing season: it brings out the laziness in me.  This whole week it has been SO difficult to even drag myself out of bed – and I’m normally a Jump Outta Bed, Let’s Get This Day Started kind of person.  Alas, I was actually tagged to do this by Ryane Zamora Beauty and Natalie’s Beauty Base so I decided to finally jump into the proverbial pile of leaves as well. 🙂

Procrastinating Beauty Blogger Tag

I saw this Tag a while back on The Life of Kristyn – just goes to show how I much of a procrastinator I am, since I’m finally posting it more than 3 months later! 😛

1. Name a beauty regime that you rarely do?
Pluck my eyebrows. But it isn’t from laziness, it’s from the lack of need… or hairs. My eyebrows are naturally quite sparse so I actually never went through that phase where I over-plucked them and they never grew back properly like everyone else did.  I did walk around looking like an alien for years before my esthetician friend finally held me down and drew brows on me.  Now I can’t imagine going out without doing my brows!  As for plucking, I probably pluck the odd stray hair maybe once a month.
